Job Descriptions  

It is our experience that most employers, large and small, have a difficult time in managing people – they need to learn or begin to manage process not the person. Job descriptions are one of the key systems or processes that need to be developed to manage the behaviour of the organizations employees. We recommend that Job Descriptions should be criteria based with direct relationship to:

The criteria-based job description is also put into a format that becomes the performance appraisal. Employers define and clearly articulate what is expected of the position and then subsequently conduct a performance appraisal.
